Monday, January 16,2022 10:00 am Members, and other colleagues will visit several churches in Ft Pierce and Vero Beach to view the organs and hear about the amazing history of each organ. Pedals, Pipes and Pizza is designed to give students ages 9-18 who have had some piano instruction an introduction to a local pipe organ. Students will have a chance to hear a performance and to play the organ. Sponsored by the American Guild of Organists, Space Coast Chapter.

All current and new members and friends are invited to attend our first event of the year!
Installation of officers will occur at 7pm, followed by a workshop on improvisation given by our chapter's dean, Jerry Davidson. Not only will it be a wonderful showcase of simple techniques to use for improvisation, it gives a great opportunity for you to see, hear and play the recently renovated organ of St. John's The pipes and chests are over 100 years old and has recently received a new console. It's a stunning example of what can be done with old instruments. Dessert social will take place after the workshop.
